    More mass

Which form/variation of the deadlift would give more mass and strength?

I think that would depends on what area of the body u wanted to gain mass, cus the deadlift works the back, the stiff leg deadlift works the legs, not quite sure about the roman dead lift, if u want all over body mass, then deadlift, bench press and squats i think are a must.

O sorry i meant to make a pole but the computer got messed up and the forum was being gay saying 'u must post a poll withing 3 minutes after posting the thread'.

which would give u more mass: the regular conventional deadlift or the stiff leg dl with one hand reversed grip (like many people would do when maxing out, just lifting it off the ground)

this is what i meant by the stiff leg dl with reversed grip
    http://www.videovat.com/videos/833/r...-deadlift.aspx
its not much of a stiff leg dl though

that is just a conventional deadlift. not a SLDL.

On a side note, is there a bigger homo then the guy behind him (the owner of the Metro-plex)? That guy is so gay....look how pumped he gets to slap ronnie on the back before the lift. the dude just looks out of place there.

It's good that someone so young is getting into training but you may want to think of readjusting your regime slightly. This is the current regime you have:

Day1: One arm BB bench presses (dont ask,arm and dumbell issues) 4 x 3 65 lbs
    Rest day
    Day2: Deadlift 4 x 6 195 lbs
    Rest day:
    Day3: Bicep preacher curls 4 x 7 80 lbs
    Side lateral raises 4 x 8 10 lbs
    Rest day

A push pull legs thing might be more effective
I love it when a plan comes together.

That is a great for any person at any level.

If all I couold do is 6 exercises I would do

    Dead Lift
    Squat
    Bench
    Military
    Dips
    Pull ups

And with just that I could be 98% as big and strong as I am now
