I've been training for a long time and I've done lots of unilateral work with dumbells and the end result is my left arm is still a half inch smaller than the right one. I think maybe some people can balance them out but for others it's pretty much going to stay that way no matter what. It's really not too noticeable except to the trained eye.

Otherwise I'd just say try to make them both bigger and do lots of unilateral work to make sure the right arm is not doing too much and gets even further apart from the left one size wise.

That is very normal, I doubt if you can make them exactly the same but when you train make sure you do not do more reps or weight with the bigger one.

Same; my left arm is bigger than my right. I think it's virtually impossible to correct without causing a serious strength imbalance. If you notice, even professional bodybuilders have muscular imbalances like that. For example, one of Arnold's biceps isn't quite as peaked as the other one.

It would mean you are righthanded, and so you use your right arm more.

Im the same, it used to really bother me, as long as they both look good, and are both performing well, its hard to stay too concerned about it. NOBODY is perfectly symmetrical, its the same with abdominal muscles.
