    Help a biker out!

I am a XC mountain biker. I am in need of a decent training program. I am 13 years old, and can dedicate an hour or so a day to training. I have been running intervals for as long as I can without puking, and stretching constantly. I have also been practicing on the bike to improve my handling. Anything else I can be doing?

what are you goals? this is a bodybuilding site, so if you aren't specific you'll get a bunch of stupid ass bodybuilding advice and that is not what you need if you are trying to get a program thats sports specific.

I'm name of a few good strength exercises that may come in handy when biking, but I'd rather hold it and let guys like CowPimp and P help you out.

Three weeks doesn't give you much time to make a significant difference in your times. Resistance training could most definitely help you out, but you aren't going to make great strides in such a short time period. Really, all you can do in that time is a build a decent base with core exercises so that you can get more specific later.
