    After Bulk/Cut, What Then!?

    So I'm curious, after I finish bulking a bit, and cutting, and feel that I am at a good size/strength/bodyfat -- what then!?
    -If I want to maintain size strength and bodyfat after bulking and cutting, and am satisfied, what needs to be done diet and exercise wise to maintain my body? I'm very curious!?
    thanks.

    calories= maintenance
    weight trainig= maintenance loads
    cardio= maintenance level to keep yourlself at the desired BW

    monitor your BW/BF and adjust if things are slipping in one direction or the other.

    What P said, but trust me, you'll never be satisfied. You'll find something you want to improve on, hehe.

    I have been training with weights since I was 14, 24 now and I have plenty of things I want to improve. Nothing is ever perfect and you will never be happy.

    hehe, well unlike most I'm not looking for perfection. I feel like I have realistic size and strength goals, and am not looking to get the perfect body. My body will develop how it is meant to, and I will be content That doesnt mean I won't keep working out for health and for fun, but I would like to think at a certain point there won't be things im trying to 'fix'. thanks though.

    You're either lying to us or yourself!

    It's not about "fixes." It's about reaching a goal, then thinking, "Yeah, but with a little more effort, I could add another 20 to my bench." Or having people try to talk you into competitions. Or finding out you REALLY like doing ATG squats, and going hard to up your weight in them. Whatever. Remember, it's about the journey, not the finish line...
