My entire left side is noticeably stronger, and I'm right handed. I've always thought it had something to do with playing sports. I jump primarily with my left leg, I push off my left leg during sprints, pull/push with my left (lead) arm during martial arts, etc. I think it's more from a lifetime of "one-sided" activity than actual time spent lifting.

The same is true for me. I'm not really sure why that's the case. However, my grip is stronger with my right hand, and my right leg is stronger and more stable than my left. Besides that, everything on the left side of my body is bigger and stronger.
