Stiff leg deadlifts and seated calf raises.
looking for some good leg exercises at the moment i do squats, deadlift, leg curls, calf raises.
the leg curls i do on my gym but find difficult to do as iam tall and my leg height is awkward to do this, and also the calf raises i cant really do either,i use a block of wood to hang my feet from, but it dont quit work because it aint solid to the floor.
the the main 2 iam looking iam wanting to change are my leg curls and calf raises.
Stiff leg deadlifts and seated calf raises.

I like to alternate between back squats and leg press from week to week. I change my reps on each, too. It provides a good change-up to keep your legs in shock and growing.
