    well now this sux

    i pulled some muscle in my hip i believe, not sure on the name but that what the doc said she said stay off of it or take it easy for 5-10days to do normal stuff but 20days off until i start to workout again, i pulled it diving for a ball in baseball lol any idea's what i should do to possible make tht muscle stronger or anything i could do while i cant workout other than keeping diet strick?

    Ice and rest to help it heal faster.

    we don't know what muscle your talking about so its difficult to say how to strengthen it. however the way you describe it, there is probably nothing you could've done to prevent a pull. In sports anything can happen, a little mis step and boom your injured, hell you were diving for the ball. as far as i see it, just stay off of it until it heals then keep training and playing.

    maybe some light walking? If you feel bad pain then stop.
