Who here incorporates that sort of bodyweight stuff into their program along with weights?
Id be interested to know how that would go.
I stared at him doing "The Flag" for five minutes. Thats one strange exercise.

I incorperate Yoga into my workouts, and Yoga and gymnastics have a LOT of overlapping static holds. I find it gives me far better balance and core strength than not including it
