I am currently testing different rutines to see wich one favor me the most. I came across this website http://www.shapefit.com/back-workouts-advanced-10.html
In this page they suggest 3 excersices in different sections of the muscle. In some of the rutines I tried i have up to 5 excersices in the same muscle but different sections. Any suggestions.
Those routines look horrible to me. The set, rep, and rest interval paramters are exactly the same whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced trainee. The only difference between them is that you do one, two, or three exercises for each body part respectively. One of their back workouts was the following:
Unilateral bent over rows with a long bar - 3 x 8-12 (3min RI)
Gorilla chin crunches - 3 x 8-12 (3min RI)
Smith SLDLs - 3 x 8-12 (3min RI)
What the fuck is that? One armed rowing with an Oly bar? Why would you do that stupid shit? SLDLs on back day when the rest is comprised of two pulling movement? Don't be retarded. 3 minute rest intervals when working in the 8-12 range, why?
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
