    I think what people mean is that, because a pound weighs less than a kilo, per unit, that pounds have finer granularity when used as weights. e.g. when using kilo weights you can go up by 0.5kg, when using pound weights you might be able to go up by 0.5lb which is a far smaller increment hence you can set a more accurate weight.

    Does that make any sense?

    Got 295 yesterday. I was going to try 300, but I didn't feel good because I was out of town last weekend and didn't lift. I am going to lift all week, and then try 300 of Friday.

    I would not lift every single day during the week. Take your normal days off and eat good stuff in between. Man, it is a mental thing with you it seems. It is only 290 plus a 5 on each side. While you were asking all these questions, you should of been banged that shit out. Get it done...
