    DB Incline Bench problem

I have finally worked up to using 100lb dumbells which has been a goal for me for awhile. However our gym only goes to 100lb dbs and I can do 3 sets of 12 reps, should I just continue to increase reps or what? Im not exactly into high reps but I suppose there is a benefit?
Im 20. 6'3'' 235 lbs. Want to get to 8% body fat, +315 bench, +500 squat, and reach a weight between 230-240.

Ask them to get heavier dumbells, if they don't then join a better gym when you can.

Well skinny kid in picture or not, I dont like it either.

My gym goes up to 135lbs in 5 pound intervals, then it has a 150lb dumbell. This is kinda good for a gym and its the only gym Ive seen them so high.

Id hate to be stuck doing Incline BB for the rest of my workout life with lil variation.

Use a barbell, increase the incline you are using, or maybe slow down your tempo a little bit and possibly implement a pause between the negative and the positive portion of the lift?
