    it looks like it has a lat tower to me, but in description it says only bench, shoulder press, leg extension

    I avoid machines at all costs, and I certainly wouldn't pay to get one and then go drive somewhere to pick it up. Unless, that is, I were to use it to actually lift several times. And then drag across my yard. And then work my way up to turkish get ups with it. Maybe it's not such a bad investment after all...

    duncan how do you know its only 110, i sent the guy a question but he didnt answer yet

    lat pulldowns, leg extensions/curls are good exercises even though they are machine, and I figured If I have no1 to spot me for a set to failure on the bench press- this thing would be pretty useful- it is like im fuckin advertising for this guy lol- im not gonna get it, I respect your opinions

    Your better off doing bodyweight stuff.
    Im 20. 6'3'' 235 lbs. Want to get to 8% body fat, +315 bench, +500 squat, and reach a weight between 230-240.
