    Iron Man's Training Routine Re-visited

    I have Iron Man's basic training in MS Word format for those who might want it. Just send me a PM with you email addy and I'll send what I have to you.

    Also feel free to ask questions about his routine and if I can answer them I will.

    I heard he did a killer arm workout.

    It went something like:

    Monday: 8 sets preacher curls, 8 sets straight bar curls, 8 sets seated hammer curls
    Wednesday: 8 sets preacher curls, 8 sets straight bar curls, 8 sets seated hammer curls
    Friday: 8 sets preacher curls, 8 sets straight bar curls, 8 sets seated hammer curls

    This is not correct. Since Iron Man is still hanging around, maybe he will reply to this for you.

    No its more like 3 sets of arm movements to failure M/W/F changing between upper and lower usually. Dont knock him he has posted his pics up.

    What are you talking about. The post on arms was a joke. You do not do 3 sets of arms M/W/F anytime on his program.
