    Exactly. It's only going to get faster too. The more muscle mass you have, the more metabolic the activities you perform are going to be. Step up and eat!

    ok,so its time to shuffle food in my mouth,1 more thing,iam am also worried about getting a pot belly cause thats where,if any fat i put on goes,but thats gonna prolly be down to my diet.

    You're right about that. Record a food log of exactly what you eat. Don't change your habits. Do this for 3 days, total up your caloric intake for the 3 days, and divide it by 3 (Effectively taking the average you ate over those 3 days). This will give you a good idea of what your maintenance level of calories are. Increase your caloric intake by 5%, then weigh yourself a week later. If weight stays the same, then increase by 5% again. That's how I like to do it to minimize fat gains.

    sounds like a good idea i will start tomorrow,although i thought i needed fat,and not to minimize it,i thought i had to put fat on to get muscle,dont know really.

    Most likely you will gain a little bit of fat with your muscle mass, but you can certainly gain an exorbitant amount of fat if you overeat too much. Protein synthesis can only happen so fast, so eating beyond a certain hypercaloric threshold will only lead to a Hell of a lot of pooping and/or fat storage.
