    Chest parts?

Are there different exercises that work certain parts of your chest? It seems as though my chest isn't staying up with the rest of my workout. What I mean by this is just my body and everything is growing but my chest seems to stay the same. My chest is starting to show some definition on the upper part and the sides but there is no growth or "cut" like below the nipple. I really don't know how to explain this but hopefully someone understands. Is there a reason why this isn't growing with the rest of my chest or what?

camaro is correct, but it does help develope your chest to hit if from different angles...but you can't change the shape of the muscle.

I believe incline hits the top of the chest 2-3% more than flat bench.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!
