    what/how would you do??!!

well im sure you get this all the time, buuuuttt......
School is almost out and i want to get some mass on me over the summer.
i am so incredibly skinny i think my chest might even cave in, people think im anorexic im sure. my biceps are like tendons, there basically lines....

    age:17
    weight:155
    height:6'1
    Target:175-180?

i can max out at 150 bench press
    and i can hit 3 x 8-10 reps (135lbs)

ive got creatine for all that its worth, protein, and yes tons of water.

i dont want to be defined or anything like that i just want mass. i am already defined for the most part but i need actual poundage. i would like to accomplish all this in 2 MONTHS (summer vaction)

not to be picky but i would prefer someone who is around the same age who was in the same situation i was who has gained weight.
    thanks!

To be honest, youre not gonna get very much in just two months. Maybe if you have the perfect diet/nutrition program, aswell as a training program thats absolutely perfect for you youll put on some, but dont expect a miracle.

With that said, read the sticky topics in both training and diet/nutrition forums and post both a diet plan and training plan (training can go in this topic) from what you learn in those, and then the members here will tear it apart and make it better.

    Go, now!

If you read them you should have a good idea of how to put together a basic routine for yourself. Have a go, people respect that.

You sound like me before I got back into lifting, but a bit smaller and leaner. A few years ago (Just under 3 to be exact) I was 6 feet tall @ 160 pounds. Now I'm about 6 feet tall @ 195 pounds with a little bit less body fat on me.

You probably aren't going to gain an incredible amount of weight in 2 months, but seeing as how you're a beginner, you can probably put on several pounds of LBM in that time.

My suggestion is that you do a full body workout 3 days each week. Check out the training 101 sticky and the guide that I put together on full body programs. Oh, and most importantly, EAT LIKE CRAZY. EAT EAT EAT. Don't say you eat like crazy already, because if you truly did, then you would be getting bigger. Whatever you are eating now, it's not enough. Check out the diet & nutrition section for more information in this department.
