    At home:

    Slayer
    Pantera
    Black Label Society
    Metallica
    AC/DC
    Black Sabbath (Ozzy years)

    At the gym:

    Whatever horrible crap they play.

You just haven't lived until you've worked out to Eddie Murphy's 'I Don't Want to Party All the Time'

I use bluetooth wireless headphones so you don't mess with fricking wires, then load up with some Opeth, Sepultra, Cannibal Corpse etc.. intermixed with some classic Floyd, Hendrix, Rush etc.. good stuff.

"Love Burns" + "Whatever happend to my rock n roll" - BRMC
    Kasabian's album
"paint it black" - the stones
    "Munich" + " Blood" - the editors
"Great Escape" - We are scientists

    "Aquiecse" - Oasis

Afterwards ..... Air, Zero 7 or Boards of Canada to chill to.
