    Your Stats Please.....

    OK, before anyone starts moaning i know a lot of you post your stats in your journals or even in your signatures but when you read the posts/threads you get a certain picture of what someone looks like, so iam just asking a few questions on certain bodyparts, call it being nosey but thats just me i suppose.
    Ok here it goes;

    2. Age
    3. Weight, in kilos/pounds

    9. Size of calfs " "
    10. What are doing at the moment, bulking,cutting training for endurance, you know the sort of thing.

    Sorry in advance, but please answer if possible with what your stats are right now, as some peoples seem to change everytime they post something new about themselves, no names mentioned...

    Many thanks Paul.

    1.5 lbs a week x 12 weeks = 18lbs.... I will drop 8-10lbs the first two weeks with a 60carb/350P/100F a day diet so more like 23-25lbs total = to 3 inches.
