rearranging that same old 5 day split
I have done the old one forever-
1- chest
2- back
3- shoulders
4- arms
5- legs
6/7 off
Can anyone suggest any creative ways to rearranging the 5 days? thanks!
-
upper/lower split (either 4x's a week or 3x's a week)
total body split
push/pull/legs
