    **A New Routine ^_^**

    Ok I put together a new routine for myself just now while I was bored as I need a new one for a few months.

    -Upper 1-

    Bench Press------------4x5
    Chins------------------3x5
    Close Barbell Rows------3x5
    BB Shoulder Press-------3x5
    Barbell Curls------------2x5

    -Upper 2-

    Incline Bench press---3x12
    Pull Downs-----------3x12
    Cable Rows----------3x12
    Lateral Raise---------3x12
    Dips-----------------2x12

    -Upper 3-

    Decline Bench Press-----------4x8
    Close Underhand Chins--------3x8
    Wide Barbell Rows------------3x8
    Seated DB Shoulder Press-----3x8
    Reverse Curls-----------------2x8

    -----------------------------------------------------------

    -Legs 1-

    Squats (standard)-------4x6
    SLDL--------------------3x6
    Calf Raise----------------3x6
    Weighted Crunch---------3x10

    -Legs 2-

    Leg Press----------------4x12
    Leg Curls----------------3x12
    Hypers------------------3x12
    Seated Calf Raise--------3x12

    -Legs 3-

    Squats (Full Range)-------4x8
    SLDL---------------------3x8
    Toe Press----------------3x8
    Side Bends---------------3x8


    Monday Upper
    Wednesday Lower
    Friday Upper

    Moday Lower
    Wednesday Upper
    Friday Lower

    *Alternate Between 1,2 and 3 workout outs
    *All sets are work sets I do 1-3 warm ups depending on exercise +10 mins light cardio before work out to get in the mood.

    I would probably up the volume the the lower body movements. I think another solid compound movement for each lower body session would be warranted. I like unilateral movements a lot, and I think including one of those in each session would be a great idea.

    Pretty good overall though. Nice use of undulating periodization too.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
