Do you mean stomach (core) strength or making a 6-pack visible?

If you want a six pack its pretty much ALL down to your diet. Everybody has a six pack, you just cant see it because its covered in fat.

Get rid of fat by having good diet and nutrition.

Regular exercise helps a bit, but its pretty much all about the diet.

Core Strength is the strength of your abdominal muscles and their ability to support the rest of the body. Good core strength = good stability. This is what is acheived through ab workouts such as crunches etc.

My advice would be to try and bulk up a bit before you start to cut and lose fat.

Also, are you training your abs every day? If so, dont. Train them like you would train any other muscle, just once or twice a week.

I think youve posted another thread about your weight training routine, but you need to get that sorted out, as well as your diet, before youll start seeing the results you want.
