im 15 yrs old weigh 142lbs about 5 7-8 heightu know im just like u i want to get big Mass strength definition i will train as hard as i have to to do so... but what im looking for here is for new friends to help me reach my weight lifting goals i have no serious routine and am looking for a basic routine to use my e-mail is hoi_frank@hotmail.com |
