Question Something wrong with my abs?

Hey, I've currently been training my abs a lot more than I usually do and everything seems to be going great. I'm getting great definition, but only my middle section of the 6 pack is rock hard. The top two and the bottom two are medium sized, but my middle sticks out the most. Is there a way to bring me other two sections to match the middle one or what? Please help, thanks.

When you work your abs you have to pull them in as far as you can so that you work them equally. Sometimes people will form a dome with there abs when crunching and this makes for big ab muscles. If you are, doing this then it could just be hitting the mid two and because they are stronger they could be taking over from the rest. So as i said suck in that gut and keep it sucked in until you finish the sets. oh and an other tip: try to keep your tongue pressed against the roof of your mouth as this causes a full contractin in the abs and the transverse abs good luck.
The harder you try the tougher you will be!

Try doing some leg lifts. Vary your abs exercises. On the leg lifts keep your legs about 10 in from the ground and don’t go all the way up some people make like a 90 degree < when going up, u just giving your abs a brake when you go that high.
