Possible Plateau? Need help

I have been working out for about 4 1/2 months now and I have had good strength gains.I do a push/pull/leg routine and found that works best for me.
It seems like my push routine is starting to hit a plateau. I was usually increasing about 5lbs every 2 weeks on my bench press. Now in the past 3 weeks my weight has been the same in my bench and incline press.
Today I went to do my push day and my strength decreased. Instead of getting 7-8 reps I could only get 4-5 reps. I was wondering if this could be because I had a real intense pull workout on my last pull day which was 3 days before. I am still gaining weight and increasing strength on my pull & leg workouts. It's just mainly my bench and incline.

I only workout 2 days a week.
Wednesday-Squats,deadlifts,Rows,pull ups 3sets of 6-8reps

Saturday-Barbell bench press, Dumbell Incline, Dumbell overhead press and Dips. 3 sets of 6-10 reps.

Am I starting to hit a plateau?
I don't think I'm overtraining. I do get plenty of rest.
Should I change my routine? Take a week off?
Any suggestions?

Well, I dont know what your diet looks like but if I were you I would eat super clean and take in tremendous amounts of protein. After about 5 months you could very well hit a plateau, but they are meant to be broken. I would simply change up my routine.
