    Order of excercises

How much difference, in terms of hypertrophy and strength does the order of excercises make? For instance on my push day i do benchpress before shoulder press. My chest has developed much more than my shoulders and my strength has gone up way more on bencpress. Would changeing the order make a significant difference?

Personally I think so. I would work a weaker group first. As long as it is a big muscle group anyways. I wouldnt ever work arms first however.

I think it definitely helps to prioritize exercises that are weak in comparison to others and hit muscles which are lagging earlier in the workout. I definitely think people neglect overhead pressing if they do various push exercises together; I am included in this group.

It definately makes a difference. You should switch up the order of your exercises fairly often. Also, it's good to switch up the days of the week that you do certain exercises, every couple months at least. Since many people slack off a bit more on the weekends, and cheat on meals, they may find that they get more benefit from the workouts on monday and wednesday than the one on friday.

Definately switch it up, muscle imbalances suck.

Also, it's a good idea to try to find exercises that have just about zero interference with one another during the same workout. For example, my split is extremely simple with about three exercises per session. None of these exercises takes away from either of the other two, so I can give each one 100% each time. It may be harder to do this with certain goals in mind, but it certainly works well if you can manage it.
