also can you please explain what each exercise is and how much i should be lifting on each set
as i dont know what the military press and the words like them
please explain them and also how many kgs i should be lifting on each set thanks alot

I think that you need to find out what your max on some lifts first, example bench deadlift and sqwat. then you can use the schedule that you received here the use about 40 % to start out with then work your way up until you rech 80%.

Actually that routine Prince suggested should be good.
I started my son on a similar program at 15 and he has
grown like crazy for over a year now.

Here's a link to a site that can give you video discriptions of how to do ecercises.
Also you need to address you diet, you can spend all your time in the gym but if your not eating right and getting enough rest, your never gonna grow.
