    Gymnastics for bodybuilding?

I have been searching creative ways to shock the system for more improvement. I know a few gymnist and these guys are very well built. I was thinking of taking a month off from weightlifting and adapting their program for mass and strength. I may need to continue my legs program however.

Well, considering that we have no idea what routine you would be switching to, i'd have to say "I don't know."

But if it works for them, it can work for you right?

But don't expect to become massive in a month....

Don't expect to become massive instantly. Just trying to add something different to the mix.

I would probably still resistance train a couple days each week and add in another day or two of training in that capacity. Of course, we don't really know what you would be doing like squanto said, so it's hard to say for sure.
