Declines with a BB or DBs is a waste of time for me...they get me nowhere.
I do DB work mostly on incline.

true i don't do declines it's not good to lower ur head on a decline bench i do dips instead..........and ofcourse u must use ur highest weights on decline and flat cause no shoulder is involved ....for me the answer is flat

How are so many people incline pressing more than flat pressing?

I decline press more than any of the others because of the decreased range of motion when bench pressing properly.

    Flat.

I don't even do decline presses. My gym doesn't have benches that angle down and I'm too lazy to load a couple of plates under one end of the bench. I just stick to a barbell when I want to hit declines.
