    Push/Pull/Legs

    Is push/pull/legs a good workout for me now i am seriously considering takin up boxin?

    For boxing you do not want to be lifting weights all week. I would hit the weights only twice a week....do an upper/lower workout.

    So what kind of total body are you talking about, func? Deadlift + squat + hang clean + high pull? Or do you mean isolation as in barbell press, bench, squat, pullups, etc.?

    I agree. 2x's a week is fine.....I would do total body workouts and then just do boxing and specific training for boxing on the other days.

    Well, it depends on how much you will be boxing. If you are boxing 1-2 days per week, then 3 days of resistance training would work if you periodized properly. Any more than that and you will want to cut into your lifting a bit and focus on the sport specific and conditioning stuff.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    I wanna be big, but also very lean, like add alot of lean mass to my body. But I want to learn how to depends myself incase I get into trouble.
