    Cardio

    what would you guys consider a good cardio session to be? do you recommend anything other than just running?

    depends on what your goals are. depends on what you do in your overal weight training program with regards to the intensity and frequency of your lower body workouts. depends on what you do in your overal cardio program each week, etc.....it depends.

    Skipping; bike riding; rowing; aerobics class; sport; hardcore sex with one of the bridesmaid's at your friends wedding who just happened to be his sister which made for uncomfortable conversation after you accidently brought up how crazy she was in bed; running away from your friend after bringing it up in conversation how crazy his sister was in bed - there is a slew of things that make for good cardio.

    Stair steper and up hill walking. For fatlosss and health. Running is best imo for fitness

    45 mins of moderately intense mountain biking is what I would call a good cardio session.

    I would recommend 1 hour of moderately intense sex with your significant other...not sure how much calories that burns.

    What I do is run, bike ride, Swim, and use any cardio machine you can think of. I do a Varity so I don't get bore.

    do what involves most amount of muscles in the same time like running/swimming/ast walking and jogging .....if u don't have space or time u can do bike riding like what i do .......
