    Any good IM contest ideas?

I know Tough and a few other people have posted polls about being able to bench X amount of weight (strength based contests).
So do any of you have any other IM contest ideas?

Since so many of us do pull ups and chin ups I thought we could start a contest about that.

Maybe a strength based contest on who can chin up or pull up the most % bodyweight for 5 reps. (your weight + % of your bodyweight)

I don't think I am going to win this one but I will put up my numbers CP are you in?

Your 5 rep max chin up contest. I guess I will go first ugh.
(your weight + added weight = TW, then give the %BW)

    150lbs + 55lbs = 205lbs, 27%BW

Yellowmoomba will win this one. He did a double in chins with 115 pounds on him recently. I would have to test it out. I can probably do like 60 or 65 pounds if I was fresh and went all out, but it's been a while.

Also, how did you come up with 27%?

I divided the extra weight (55lbs) into my BW 150lbs. So 55lbs=27% of my BW

I did it this way to make it fair game for everyone.

55lbs is more than 27% of your bodyweight. It's 37% if you round it to the nearest whole number.

Good thing you always have your trusty graphing calculator with you.

I drag a sled twice a week. How about how many feet you can drag a 200 lb sled without stopping.

I actually did that in my head. This happened to be easy to figure out since he weighs exactly 150 pounds. I knew immediately that 55 couldn't be 27% because 50 is 33.3%. Another 5 pounds is 1/30th of the number, which equates to another 3.33%. The actual percentage is 36.6 repeating. So bleh.

What surface do you drag your sled on, Tough? Cement? Grass? Your neighbors yard? How long do you do it for?
