what does an inverted row look like?
I've been doing these the last couple of weeks and I feel it way too much in my arms and not enough in my back. Any tips, does anyone else do this movement?

Maybe you are letting your torso sag down and that is why you feel your arms are doing most of the work?
i started doing this a few weeks ago, warm up like they did then do them with weights. I get a wide grip like I do in WG pull ups, try my best to restract the scapula, and dont really squeeze the bar too much. I actually just kinda use my fingers as hooks and I think that really helps me to get the biceps away from doing all the work.
Use an overhand grip and insure that your scapula are retracted the entire time you do the movement.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
