When ive lifted with the best ROM and form i possibly can.

When ive acheived a new PR for an exercise.

When ive reached all my targets for the session (sets, reps). So basically not failing on any of the exercises, unless that was intended.

Pump and soreness is negligable, though sometimes it can be re-assuring.

A good session for me is when I get through my workout and no one else in the gym pisses me off.

when i feel ascending soreness pain starting when i wake up , and when i feel sleepy the next day and sleep more hours and feeling more hungry i feel my body is well responding to the workout i did.......also when i don't lose much water during the workout wich means to me i am over training ....

A good workout for me is when I complete all my sets and reps and went up in strength. IE: more reps or weight was added. If I don't do this everytime I train, then I didn't put in enough effort....PERIOD

Every time I train is a good workout. Even if I'm didn't lift more, the workout still serves a purpose and I will get to where I want to be with more time.

The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

When I first started trainin i was sore as hell when I woke up the next day, but recently I've only felt a burn when I train and nothing the day after. Maybe push/pull/legs will help wth that.
