    Before I close this thread I just want to say Chicken that I recall a thread in which you mentioned carb cycling and when you were asked for an example you said to go look it up in another thread.....hmmmm, I thought we were here to help people....

    ...anyway, if it was anyone but you, I would explain how vit C can blunt cortisol, however, I like to make you work a little for your knowledge...besides, if I gave you the answer you would ask for a scientific reference anyway...

    The only reason i said check the other threads was cause the answer was very long and i had already written it in a couple of other previous threads that weren't all that old. I doubt you have ever explained how vit C blunts cortisol release. If you have, by all means tell me.

    If not, at least give me a quick description. If it sounds plausible then i probably won't ask for a reference.
