periodization
any links pls describing periodization and changing reps and volume in workouts ....i want to know how it works and how the body responds to it.....a scientific explanation , but i couldn't find any thing to read....

The specific adaptations of each type of training? All of that? Really, I would look into ordering some literature on the topic if you want to get deep into it. |
