    favorite exercise?

What's your favorite exercise to do?

I like power cleans. I just started to do them two weeks ago and I just love the movement. Thanks P for introducing me to them.

For right now, it's ATG Back Squats.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

Power cleans - a little unconventional I know, but nothing helps me more when it comes to explosive power and nothing gets the stomach to rumbling more.

I think it would have to be deadlifts. Chinups are up there too.

Mine hands down are weighted dips. I love that feeling I get when I finish ... like taking off your roller skates and walking in your street shoes.
