    arrrrr!! im gaining fat!!

    ive put on a bit of a gut since bulking, what can i do to loose this without losing muscle tissue? thanks, tom

    This is a question that you should have asked in the Nutrition forum.

    In any case, you need to cut your caloric intake down to your maintenance level and slowly cut back on the calories until you notice a loss of fat. A good target for fat loss without losing muscle is around a pound per week.
