Are you serious? If you are a power lifter you should know it is nearly impossible to put 40-50 lbs on EACH lift in one month WHILE losing 40 lbs AND gaining muscle. Even on steroids, that is highly unlikely.

A few years ago. I cut all of the junk outa my diet and ate around 1500 calories a day and I dropped 40lbs in a month and a half, but my lifts went down. It is unheard of to gain strength and get into a certain weight class, especially whenever it means dropping 40lbs in a month.
ok if i cant drope 40 in a month then wat can i do to drope it n still be have a high bench deadlift and squat can some one give me a good routine i can do

LOOK THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE EVEN IF U TOOK THE MAGIC PILL ..... u may lose 40 lbs in a months i've done that while i was 200 lbs 5'8 height so u even could lose more than that in one month .....but u'll lose all your muscles and youll get dehydrated and u'll be the laziest weakest dumber guy after it u won't gain any muscle mass ....

Let's see, in a month you can probably lose a maximum of 10 pounds or so at your current bodyweight without losing any strength. Just an estimate. You might be able to lose more if you dehydrate and carb deplete yourself before weigh in and then chow down.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
I would say wait for another powerlifting comp. You can cut a good 15 to 20 pounds right before a comp with dehydrating yourself (It really sucks and you'll probably not perform well but it can be done) but the if you want to compete at 200 the most you should be around is 215. I suggest you either raises your stats so you can compete at 240 or lose 20 /30 pounds.
Just eat good protein chicken breast, turkey breast, lean roast beef, eggs and egg whites. Good carbs a veggie at each meal like green bean zucchinni broccoli lettuce and then starchy carbs like oatmeal sweet potato's and whole wheat durum pasta. Then get good fats at each meal like almonds peanuts any nut butter except soy olive oil flax seed oil and avocados. Eat fruit like berries apples oranges/citrus and bananas. I said like but i really meant only these foods lol. I'm reluctant to draw u up an exact diet since the last few times Ive done this the ppl left and quite. Do cardio for 4-5 times a week for 30 mins then build up each week. I dont think u can lose 40 pound sbut eating healthier may help u gain muscle and lose fat.
