    deadlifts..

    Im getting scabs on my shins from the bar hitting them while deadlifting.
    Not that I mind, but it makes me wonder if Im doing them correctly. The bar doesnt slam my legs...just grazes them, but the heavy weight against the thin skin marks them up.

    Yup, me too. That means that you're keeping proper posture while deadlifting and you are creating better leverage. War wounds baby.

    Me too. It stings, but the real problem is if it hits the top of your kneecap on the way back down.

    i usually have to bring something like a towel with me to the gym because i bleed all over the bar.
