good books on training form/technique

i'm looking for to improve my training form/technique, any1 know any good books of general knowledge...and not too advance, that u've read?

If you want to improve your form on most lifts, then the information is pretty comprehensize throughout the Internet. I think a lot of descriptions in books fail to match the completeness of such a description accompanied by a video. My favorite site regarding exercise technique:

I just bought an excellent book off of prosource.com like 5 months ago. I'll try and recall the book and get back with you. It is an excellent book.
