I'm pretty sure that a French press is a skullcrusher, but I'm not 100% positive about that.

i am trying to follow Bob Parises Flawless work out. A few excersises Have me confussed..
What is an Extension??,,,, Lying french press?? leg press raise??
I am thinking that what he is saying as an extension is a leg extension?? But leg press raise i have no clue..

The French Press is also known as a Skullcrusher. I just can't bring myself to call it a French Press. It's...just not right.

Yea I still do not see any Leg-press raises. Also later in the work out on one of the days it says to do leg presses 2x15 then a few excersices down it says to do leg-press raises 4x15 so now I am really confussed I figured it was a typo and suppose to be the same excercise.

just make your own workout, I don't know who this guy is, but he probably isn't too knowledgeable if he doesn't know the correct names of the exercises.
Actually I think cowpimp is right after re looking at it . it might be calf raises on the leg press machiner
