    2 questions

    1) Is doing 7 reps still great for muscle size

    2) If I eat alot of protein in the past few days and i want to store it for muscle training, is it possible that crapping can lose some of it?

Where you planning on not crapping if the answer to number 2 was yes?

Bro, don't worry about holding your shit in. Worry about eating a lot of healthy food.

I'm no diet expert, but I don't think theres such thing as "storing protein". Again come up with a healthy diet and you'll have more than enough protein for your body to use.

I don't know, holding your shit and then going all out at the gym on ATG squats could lead to an interesting experience.

Other than that, listen to ST240. Check out the stickies for answers to the first question.

The two questions can be closely related.

Yes 7 is ok, but since you're only 15 I'd say stick to the 10ish range to avoid damaging growth plates. Gaining size is more about your diet than the amount of reps youre doing...

7 is good, yes. I have had good success with less than 10 repetitions as far as mass gains are concerned.

You probably will shit out some protein, but there's not much you can do about that.

You cant store protein like carbs. The closest thing is ur muscles which ur body may take protein from. I like 6-8 for hypertrophy but u should use all ranges even 3s if u want big muscles. weak bodybuilders can lack muscle. Get strong to get mass.

    1. I got big doing sets of 6 for years, then even bigger doing sets of 10-12.....best to mix it up IMO.

    2. Nothing you can do about a natural body function....so who cares.

1-7 good for muscle size + strength

2- i don't understand question 2 but protein cannot be stored ....only fats are stored + small amount of carbs is stored as glycogen in the muscle... if this is what u mean ....... u must have a good diet as long as u r training if u wanna make improvements......

Everything thing I have read says to get a good protein intake with each meal (as normal) but to make sure you consume some after training. I didnt think you could store it up either -
