    flat bench press + barbell curls + db curls various gips + concentration curls + preacher curls and that's it for the first day cause i don't like to over train

    Ahem, ridiculous?? Mine has no rest days and you do it 3 times a day and make sure you do 5 sets of each with low weight to faliure.
