    If you could only train once a week...

    If you could only do 1 Total Body Workout a week what exercises would you do for that session (you can oly do 6 exercises max)

    what is everyone laughing at my routine about?
    Foreman engineered it for me and I have made my best gains doing it 3 times a week, but I guess once a week would also work. BTW Rizzles, I'm adding the preacher curl to my current workout, thanks for the advice!
