    this really sucks

    Ive bin sick for like 2 or 3 days and i lost 6 pounds in total. Just this night while i was sleeping i lost 4 pounds. Im pretty depressesd, will the weight come back or do i have to start this shit all over again??

    it should come back on mate just try and keep eating regularly even if it's only small amount and keep the protein intake up i wouldn;t overdo the carbs if you can't do much excersise

    Ya man just eat as much as possible. A loss of 4-6 pounds in one day cant be all muscle. Prob just water

    Yup, probably just water. Even if it was muscle, you would gain it back quicker than the first time around. Setbacks like that are all part of the game. You have to persevere, because people get sick. Just keep on liftin'.

    u r dehydrated ...... drink plenty of water and don't skip meals due to lack of appetite
