    are you really supposed to jump when you do a clean like the guy does in the lil animation?

    You'll notice sometimes the feet of an O lifter doing Cleans will leave the floor briefly. As the bar is pulled high the lifter will usually at least be on their toes, and sometimes the toes leave the floor. I'm not sure if this is good or bad or indifferent, perhaps someone with more O lifting knowledge can answer that one?
    What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
