    How long should a routing go?

    Hey people this is Tyler again, i posted a workout here about 4 weeks ago and it is going great my max bench has increases 20 pds know i can max out at 240, and i just wanted to know when i should change my program again? Just to let you know i have been doing this four weeks. Going on five this coming Monday.

    keep it until your lifts stop going up, or if your really bored with it...

    I think exercise selection doesn't need to be changed all that frequently. I only change my exercises one every couple of months for interest sake, and even then I keep to variations of the basic compounds.

    I think the other training variables should be changed more frequently, though if you are experiencing solid gains still I wouldn't bother.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
