Core strength is probably the most important thing i should imagine. You have to support yourself in some pretty weird positions...

i'm not new to it, just asking some advice!
Thanks bytheway!

Why do you want to learn it?
Is it to make money off it or to get into a rap video?

I tried to break dance. When you get to a certain size/weight, flipping around gets pretty hard. I tried windmilling and some other thing where you flip your legs round then your top half etc the other day and although I used to piss it when i was ripped little rat, I almost popped (and im not meaning the dance type) my shoulders. Core strength definately, high reps to get endurance and strength. Don't bulk too big or your agility to fling yourself around will fail you. Ive officially retired from b-boying now, ha.

Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
Good question. I would think your core and posterior chain would be of prime importance since these muscles stabilize you in all the bizzare positions you get yourself into.
