Great Push day

I followed the routine you guys made up for me @ the gym this afternoon, ok I didnt use alot of weight, but it felt great

Bench press
bar+ 5kgs 3 sets of 10 reps

incline bench (smith machine)
same as bench

Military Press
10kgs barbell 3 x 12 reps

Rope Tricep push down
15 kgs 2 x 10 reps, 1x 8 reps

had to compromise with last exercise
Tricep machine 15lbs 3x10 reps

No cardio
Was done in about 45 mins, with about 30 secs rest between sets.

Edit: whoops my bad push day

Glad to hear you had a good workout. Too bad those are all push exercises, otherwise that would be like the best pull workout you ever had.
