Need a little help here. Everything ele looks pretty good, but they seem to lagging behind.
I normally do 3-4 sets of shrugs. Also I do deads on leg day. Anyone got any ideas?

Try the farmer's walk with some heavy ass dumbells.

Used to do those. I think I'll incorporate those again and give them a shot.

Hise shrugs are cool. Don't have much experience with them, but thought I would throw that out there. Power cleans are great too if you know how to do them properly.
